B&R X4301 BGA CPU NAND Chip IC Remove Glue Disassemble Rework Repair Blades With Titanium Alloy Handle (43 In 1)
Features:
B&R X4301 Exclusively designed new chip rework blade, ultra-thin and good toughness. The handle is made of alloy material and is easy to operate. The product has a total of 43 blades with handles/bayonets/locks.
Instructions:
- When disassembling the chip, first insert the required blade into the knife handle, then clean the edge glue at the cutting position and the black glue around the chip, with a temperature of 200″.
- Turn on the hot air gun to 150 degrees, and the wind speed of the large air outlet is 60, and preheat the motherboard for 2 minutes.
- Connect the small head of the hot air gun, turn the temperature to 350 degrees, blow down the knife position for 10 seconds, then shake it left and right and insert it into the bottom of the chip.
