Standard domestic shipping is charged at a flat rate of ₹150 and is completely FREE on orders above ₹1999. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days across most Indian pincodes via our express courier and cargo transport logistics partners.
All orders are inspected, quality-checked, and dispatched directly from our central wholesale facility in Karol Bagh, New Delhi (110005).
Eligible wholesale and retail items can be returned or reported for replacement within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and retained in their original manufacturer packaging with all included accessories.
All electronic accessories carry manufacturer warranty against genuine manufacturing and technical defects under normal and intended use. Physical damage, water ingress, and unauthorized tampering are excluded from warranty coverage.
