1. Dispatch Location & Order Processing

All orders placed on Nakoda Mobile are quality-checked, packed in shock-absorbing protective packaging, and dispatched directly from our physical wholesale facility located at:

Building No.3372/2, Gali No.2, Christian Colony, Karol Bagh Near Baptist Church, New Delhi, 110005

Standard stock orders are processed and handed over to courier partners within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and national holidays).

2. Courier & Cargo Partners

We partner with top-tier express courier networks (including BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, and Speed Post) for retail and counter orders, as well as trusted transport and cargo logistics services (such as V-Trans, TCI Freight, Safexpress) for heavy B2B carton shipments and bulk OEM consignments.

3. Order Tracking & Delivery Status

Once your consignment has been booked and handed over to the carrier, a consignment tracking number (AWB or Bilty docket) is shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email. You can track the live movement of your shipment on the respective carrier portal.

4. Bulk & Wholesale Transport Terms

For bulk commercial wholesale shipments (carton volume orders with MOQ 100+ pcs), freight can be booked on a “To-Pay” basis or pre-paid freight terms as mutually agreed in the written proforma invoice. Door delivery and local transport hub pickup options are available based on your preference.
